Past Work

Got some time to look at my old deviations because my deviantart account had over 230+ deviations. Looking back at them, I decided to clean it up just a bit. I saved all the old ones only my photobucket so that I can look back at them and be inspired to do better each time.

When I look at those past artwork, I really think to myself, "wow, I think I've come a long way." Many artwork began by being inspired from playing games and watching anime and later started to develop my own set of characters. The style from both drawing traditionally on piece of paper and colouring on the computer is very different from my present work. I have to thank practically everyone, for helping me come so far. It may not be the best still but I'm very satisfy with my progress right now. I don't aim to have exactly the same style as everyone's or the very popular one's either, I like colouring and drawing and adjusting as I go. It's how I try to improve myself. I do get inspired and grasp certain ideas or concepts on the way but I definately don't try to do EXACTLY what other artists do. Everyone has their own unique style because it can also reflect who they are; which is very important.

No new artwork today but I hope to draw lots more when I feel more energized. Still trying to fix my sleeping but it's not really working very well.

Btw, it snowed a lot today!! I was the width of a mattress!! So white outside even in late February~~ Maybe after a decade or 2, Christmas would end up being in August? XDDD Nothing is impossible seeing how the weather is so weird and unpredictable at times~ hehe

Kaname x Zero

Although I'm not really a fan of Vampire Knight, I couldn't help but draw Kaname x Zero. I did watch like first 3 eps of Vampire Knight but couldn't get into it. However, I totally get the Kaname x Zero vibes XD Especially when I randomly googled and came across ep 5 of Guilty, where Zero bit Kaname's neck. *fangirls*

Silly Silly

Something totally random and with a silly silly imagination~~ Was looking through Togainu no Chi's artbook and there was a picture of 'em all silly nosebleeding~ so I just kept thinking of silly stuff~~~ We love silly characters, don't we? XD

Hanging Out

Togainu no Chi's Keisuke, Akira and Rin. Just a something I drew being very lonely for this spring semester. Haven't hanged out with any friends cuz everyone's too busy. Then played TnC and just really thought, it'd be nice having friends to hang out with. Sux being alone T__T"

But other than that, I hope summer semester will be much better!!

7k pageview on DA

My deviantart account is nearing 7k pageviews, so I drew a picture to commemorate it. It's nothing too special, just wanted to draw~ I was going to rampage the 7k pageview with excessive fanart chibis but I kinda got too tired to do it. only less than 40 pageview before the 7k. So if I do end up whipping the chibis, it'll replace this one as the official 7k celebration. I've uploaded over 200+ deviations on deviantart but still unknown. But lately, I've been doing lots of sharing and it's getting better. Plus, I think I've really improved! So gotta keep on working hard. がんばります！！

Chibi Japan

Japan is soo cute~~ as in his character from the anime/manga, and therefore~~ I decided to draw him ^^

Nothing new today, just still continuing my testing on Paint tool Sai. Meiji Melty Kiss chocolate is soo goood <33333

SasuNaru

There's a contest on deviantart that I'm entering and the theme is: "Be My Valentine." Therefore I whipped up the picture below for the entry.

I didn't know what outfit to put on Sasuke honestly cuz his Shippuuden outfit looks >___>" But anyways, it's been cold lately and it even snowed the other day here where I live, so I made it a cold February Valentine. Add 'em scarf and jacket and ta-dah! xD

Next one is another picture I suddenly came up with while thinking of something along the lines,"Naruto cast takes a break from filming?" I've seen some animes like Bleach where the extra/ending of an episode, they'd say they're "filming" so I kinda came up with this one. And Naruto is a ramen addict so, he'd he ramen with Sasuke! But also picky about the process. So I made word bubbles hehe.


Next one is completely random and not planning to finish it. It's kinda my "other" style that I usually just randomly play around with but not actually illustrate cuz I still sux at it. I just love drawing doll looking eyes. XDD

I've gotten Paint Tool Sai currently and I've been testing it out. Still not use to it cuz my colouring still don't go along the lines of blending colours in at all. But I wanted to play around with it anyways. Currently, I realized how much I love doing line-art on Sai so I've come to conclusion that linearts will all be done in Sai while colouring is going to be done on photoshop.

TnC - Shiki x Akira

Gonna start posting my works here on this blog whenever I can. Just want to use this blog as a "profile" kinda thing and keep looking at my own improvement as I continue to draw draw and draw.



This is Shiki and Akira from Togainu no Chi the game. I love the game much more than the anime not because of the awesome yaoi contents but it had a much better polished plot and artwork. The anime moved a bit too much in my opinion and it could've done much better too. Oh well.
